The Wave Test Manager system lets any computer in your organization become an “agent” for running Badboy Tests. Anybody can then run scripts on the agent computers via a centralized web interface called the “Test Manager”.
The Test Manager queues and schedules Tests to run on the desired computers when they become available and emails results when they are finished.

Wave Test Manager Requirements:
Wave Test Manager is run using an Apache server. At least IIS 7 is required for installation.
You have to have an existing.net framework application to be able to install Wave Test Manager. It can install any.NET 4 application.
A LAMP(Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) infrastructure is required for installing Wave Test Manager. For the first time user and the install, it also need a database. No database is required for the install and first-time user setup.
Unzip and install the software.
The license server will be installed in the root of the Apache. The license key is stored in configuration file Wave Test Manager license.conf
Configuration files and databases are stored in a central location. This location is controlled with Wave Test Manager CentralControl. Not at the SQL database level.
Setting up a server and installing wave test manager
Create a second folder named “web”. Place the unzipped WaveTestManager.zip and the WaveTestManager.chm file into the new folder.
Go to “C:\Program Files\Microsoft\IIS”
Open the “IIS” folder
Open the “Configuration Editor” (in the “Administrative Tools” section)
“Unregister” the WaveTestManager folder
“Add” a “binding” entry for the WaveTestManager folder.
Caution: Do not use Appcmd to do this. Use Configuration Editor.
Go to “C:\Program Files\Internet Information Services\w3svc”
Open the “IIS” folder
Open the “Configuration Editor”
“Register” the WaveTestManager folder
