The 28th studio album released by The Isley Brothers on DreamWorks Records on August 7, 2001. The album includes the singles “I Wanna Be You” and “Daddy Rookie”. The album debuted at number 7 on the US Billboard 200 and number 1 on the Belgian Top 40 with sales of 10,000 copies in its first week, becoming the group’s third No. 1 debut in Belgium. “I’m Not Off-Rampage” was the band’s first single to debut at No. 1 in Switzerland and 15 years later became their first No. 1 single in Danish and Norwegian territory. On the album, the band also included “Hallelujah”, which is also a single and was released in Belgium on June 10, 2002. The following singles were released in support of the album: “What It Is” (February 8, 2002), “Summertime” (February 11, 2002) and “Help Me Dragons” (February 25, 2002). The disco content of the album was taken from their previous records, mostly from “I Want to Be You” and “Wind of Change”. In support of the album, The Isle Brothers went on a world tour that covered 17 European countries. Tickets were sold out even before the arrival of the musicians in the concert halls. During the tour the band visited France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Scandinavia, Great Britain, USA. In Europe, the singles were “I’m Not Off Rampage”, “What I’m Doing” and a remix of “Hole In Your Heart”. During the tour, The Isles earned over $50 million, which was split into gifts for the company’s staff on 1.17.203.
A special CD version was released in Japan in addition to the standard edition of the album. In Japan, the album is regarded as the group’s best-selling album, selling over 250,000 copies before reaching gold status. “Dear Dearest” was released in Europe as part of the giant CD “The Isle Effect: Europe” in 2004.
